We have a number of Tech’s in both locations that have completed all the International training programs and are “Diamond Certified”. In the first quarter of 2008 Cookson Motors Ltd had the most hours of training completed by any International Dealer in all of North America the next closest dealer was 70hrs behind us! Service Manager - Darrell Koepke

Darrell has been with Cookson Motors Ltd for over 19 years, 11 as a Tech on the floor and 8+ as a Service Manager. Since becoming manager Darrell has won Diamond Club status in the last 7 years running and was awarded Service Manager of the year for Canada in 2004. Darrell took over Service operations in Penticton in the spring of 2006. Currently, there are approximately 40 highly qualified service department team members.
